By creating an account or using Dual Shots, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the Dual Shots platform.
Dual Shots grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or commercial content creation. You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the platform's functionality or infrastructure.
You retain full ownership of all videos and recordings you create with Dual Shots. By uploading or saving content to our servers, you grant Dual Shots a limited license to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We will never use your content for advertising or share it publicly without your consent.
You may not use Dual Shots to create, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.
Dual Shots is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, which will always be clearly disclosed. Core recording functionality will remain free.
Dual Shots is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will be preserved indefinitely. We recommend keeping local copies of important recordings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dual Shots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app, including loss of recordings or data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
